Participants build confidence, skill sets, and career readiness through Work Study and On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunities that provide hands-on, real-world experience.

What We Offer:

Work Study Opportunities (On Campus or Partner Sites)

• Part-time responsibilities to help participants build discipline, teamwork, and responsibility
• May include roles in: campus kitchen, maintenance, peer leadership, office assistance, and more
• Stipends or incentives may be offered through partnerships

On-the-Job Training (OJT)

• Off-campus job placements with vetted local employers
• Participants are supported with transportation, coaching, and accountability
• Industries may include: construction, culinary, cosmetology, logistics, office administration, and retail
• Goal: Build a resume, earn income, and transition into sustainable employment

How It Helps Participants

• Build real-world work ethic, professional skills, and responsibility
• Discover career interests and personal strengths
• Develop time management, teamwork, and communication abilities
• Gain valuable references, work experience, and professional confidence
