Stockar McDougle is a seasoned leader, mentor, and community advocate who brings a unique blend of professional athletic experience, business acumen, and a passion for youth development to his role as Director at McDougle Technical Institute. He plays a vital role in overseeing campus operations, athletic programs, student life management, and strategic partnership development.
A former NFL athlete, Stockar’s professional sports career instilled in him the values of leadership, discipline, teamwork, and perseverance—principles he now infuses into McDougle Technical Institute’s culture. His leadership ensures that students are supported not only academically, but also in character development, athletic achievement, and personal growth.
Stockar holds an MBA from The George Washington University, equipping him with advanced expertise in business management, organizational strategy, and operational leadership. His strong business background enables him to manage complex initiatives, strengthen public-private partnerships, and drive sustainable growth within the Institute and its community programs.
Beyond campus operations, Stockar co-leads the Stockar and Octavia McDougle Family Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing education, workforce development, housing, and financial empowerment for underserved communities.
