“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you,
plans to give you a hope and a future.”

— Jeremiah 29

At Second Wind Pathway, we know that healing the heart and renewing the mind often takes more than just structure and support—it takes hope. That’s why we offer faith-based services and spiritual mentorship as an optional part of the program for participants who want to explore or deepen their faith.
Our approach is inclusive, non-denominational, and always voluntary. We welcome participants of all faiths—and those with none at all—with open hearts and open minds.

Faith-based opportunities at Second Wind Pathway include:

  • Weekly devotionals focused on hope, identity, healing, and purpose
  • Chapel services and small groups for reflection, encouragement, and prayer
  • Guest speakers, pastors, and leaders from local churches and ministries
  • One-on-one spiritual mentorship for those seeking deeper guidance
  • Community service and servant leadership opportunities through local churches

Participation in faith-based activities is always optional and never required. We offer these opportunities because many of our students find that faith helps them make sense of their past, face challenges with courage, and see their future through a lens of purpose.

Whether you’re new to faith, returning after a difficult season, or simply curious, you’ll find a space here to explore without judgment and grow at your own pace.

Our faith-based support is facilitated by trained leaders, local church partners, and volunteers who are passionate about serving others with compassion, wisdom, and grace.

A Faith-Based Experience for Young Adults

Every Thursday night, McDougle Ministries hosts U-Nite—a powerful, faith-filled gathering designed for young adults who want to connect, grow, and be encouraged in a real and authentic way.

U-Nite blends music, inspiration, conversation, and community into a weekly experience that brings hope and healing to life. It’s a safe space to ask questions, build friendships, and discover how faith can be part of your comeback story.

What to Expect:

  • Live music and worship
  • Uplifting messages and devotionals
  • Real conversations about life, purpose, and faith
  • Food, fun, and fellowship in a relaxed setting
