Meet the Coaches

our Coaches are the heartbeat of our program.

At Second Wind Pathway, we don’t just have staff—we have Coaches.
Why? Because our goal isn’t just to manage a program. It’s to walk beside each student, guiding them, encouraging them, and helping them finish strong.

Every Coach on our team plays a key role in helping participants reset, refocus, and rebuild their lives. Whether it’s through academics, life skills, job readiness, or simply showing up when it matters most—our Coaches are the heartbeat of our program.

What Makes a Coach?

A Coach at Second Wind is a mentor who listens, a leader who leads by example, and a guide who helps build structure. They are cheerleaders who celebrate growth and believers in our students—even when the students doubt themselves. Coaches don’t just show up; they walk alongside each participant with purpose, compassion, and a commitment to helping them finish strong.
