we serve young adults WHO
ARE ready for a fresh start.

  • Justice-impacted (including those on probation, parole, or recently released)
  • Aged out of foster care, group homes, or other residential youth programs
  • Disconnected from school or who have dropped out without a diploma or GED
  • Experiencing homelessness or housing instability
  • Survivors of trauma, abuse, or neglect
  • Exiting juvenile detention, diversion, or behavioral health programs
  • Unemployed, underemployed, or struggling to gain meaningful work
  • Opportunity Youth (ages 16–24 not currently enrolled in school or working)
  • Young adults who are simply lost, unsupported, or without direction

Some are also young parents, expectant mothers, or individuals simply looking for a second chance and the structure to turn their lives around.
At Second Wind Pathway, we create a space for that new beginning—with housing, mentorship, education, and a community that believes in them.
